Michele LaNoue

Michele LaNoue, (ext. 3252), Clarinet.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Michele received a Masters of Music in Clarinet Performance from Michigan State University, and a Bachelors of Music in Clarinet Performance from Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. She has been teaching private lessons for over 12 years. Michele has been a sectional coach at Ferndale Schools, Berkley Schools, Bloomfield Hills Schools, and Lake Orion Schools.She is also a private lesson instructor for students of the International Academy in Bloomfield Hills since 2012 and Troy High School since 2015.

In addition to her teaching, Michele has performed at the Vianden International Music Festival in Luxembourg, and the Orford Music Academy outside Montreal. She has also performed with the Kalamazoo Symphony, Macomb Symphony, the Detroit Medical Orchestra, MSU Symphony Orchestra, Indiana University Symphony Orchestra and the Houston Chamber Orchestra, along with numerous other chamber ensembles in the area. Michele also performs regularly with the South East Michigan Wind Ensemble.
