FSPA instructor will visit each classroom twice a week for 25 weeks. This approach is based on the Gordon Learning Theory and allows for the development of a longer-range bond with the instructor and skill development. By the completion of the program, classroom teachers should witness their students exhibiting positive youth development traits. Changes in memory development for songs and lyrics, increased leadership skills and cooperation may also be observed by the completion of a program.
